My Norton product is turned off or there is no antivirus program installed

Under certain rare conditions, Microsoft Windows shows a reporting anomaly when Norton products are installed. This anomaly which possibly affects other security products too, blocks the ability of security products to correctly report their status to the Windows Security Center.

To fix this problem, run LiveUpdate in your Norton product.

These steps are for the current version of the Norton products.

Run Live Update

 1)  Start your Norton product.]

2)   In the main window, click Security, and then click Live Update.

3)    When Norton LiveUpdate is finished, click OK.

4)    Run Live Update until you see the message, "Your Norton product has the latest protection updates."

5) Exit all the programs, and restart the computer.

6) if further you get errors I would like to suggest to call our Norton tech support team for proper solutions.

8) Our technicians are professional and Microsoft certificated.
